Garden Ranch YMCA Project

In recent years, it has become increasingly apparent that the current facility is not sufficiently meeting the needs of our community. Crowded and high-demand programs, insufficient space for members and an aging facility brought us to the realization that our community needs an updated relevant space to exercise, connect and feel supported.

This Capital Campaign will ensure that the Garden Ranch Y will continue to serve its current population, future generations and allow for more investment into our mission rather than operating costs for years to come.

TOTAL NEEDED:

$6.5 MILLION

RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS WILL:

  • Create greater accessibility at entrance and throughout facility to ensure a more welcoming environment for people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds.
  • Provide new social spaces and multi-purpose rooms to allow for innovative programming, educational opportunities, and small-group gatherings to intentionally bring people together and build a sense of community.
  • Allow for additional space to provide a safe and positive after school environment for more youth and teens to socially connect, build character, develop values and learn life-long healthy habits.
  • Upgrade and expand the Healthy Living Center and group exercise rooms to continue keeping seniors, young adults and youth physically active and socially engaged.
  • Renovate and expand the Child Watch area to support young families and provide a more functional, safe, educational and learning environment.
  • Upgrade locker rooms and add family and special needs changing spaces to ensure privacy and safety.
  • Improve exterior infrastructure with a new parking lot, greater visibility and safer accessibility for all.
